Family of Origin Questionnaire

Thank you for taking the time to do some investigation into your family of origin and what it might mean for how you are experiencing both the good and the areas for improvement. Family of origin can bring many wonderful things to your current family situation. Additionally, it can create some tension and stress when you are left unaware of what it is and how it manifests itself on your family.
